Should I be concerned? Could low BP be causing me to feel sluggish and lethargic

For the past few weeks, I've felt really tired and like I don't have much energy, physical or mental, to do anything. I'm almost too calm, and it's starting to alarm me.

I had an appointment with a neurologist for neurological issues I've been having yesterday, and my BP reading was 118/68, which is pretty low for me. Normally when I go to doctors, my BP is around 130/90. I told the nurse I was concerned that it was so much lower than is normal for me, and she just laughed and said, "We'll blame it on the rain."

Now I'm using my dad's BP cuff, and I keep getting lower readings. I keep getting around 109/73, and once I got 97/68.

I realize my BP is still in a normal range, but I'm a bit concerned. :/
