Orthostatic Hypertension

Orthostatic hypertension. Not to be confused with orthostatic hypotension. Does/has anyone had this? I have documented many times where my BP has been significantly higher just by standing. Mind you, it isn't consistant 100% of the time, but I have had a jump from 125/75 to 145/95 by simply standing up. I can find very scarce mention of this phenomena on the net. Wondering if anyone here has ever had any experience?

Regards, Brenden.
