Well, I certainly hope not (mine's 40-60 and I'm not much older). Wikipedia does remark that if pulse pressure's consistently greater than 100, it's likely an indication of various potentially serious issues.
Have you measured your 'heart rate recovery' number? That's the difference in pulse rates between having exercised for 30 minutes or so [at your 60-80% maximum heart rate, if that's a safe activity for you], then sitting down and taking your pulse at the 2.0 minute recovery point. A difference of under 22 (very, very slow recovery back to a normal pulse rate) is associated with a heightened risk of 'sudden cardiac death' (mine's 36-37, not terrific but apparently outside the known 'danger zone').
