Beta Blockers

To all that have stopped taking beta blockers:
Just wondering how are things going now? I stopped 6 weeks ago and still have cold and tingling fingers and bots of light-headiness. My HR is back down and so is my BP. It just seems I have 2 good days then 3 bad ones.
I guess I'm looking for a little reassurance.

Thanks

Re: Beta Blockers

I quit in November after a decade on beta blockers. Things have long been back to normal, since perhaps January. Youll get there, just wait it out.

Re: Beta Blockers

Live to fish,
I've been taking acebutolol for 12.6yrs.
Dosage was 100mg but the side effects where to much so I lowered it to 50mg.
Still didn't work so I just stopped taking it all together.
8 days ago and still good!
Journ

Re: Beta Blockers

I thought beta blocker is the key ingredient for impaired heart. Did your doctor tell to you stop it?
