sorry to hear about your diagnosis.
it will be a few years before the effects of being tired will creep up on you.
one thing that is in your total control is who you tell.
so if you do not want to tell your employer
it is your right and none of thier buisness.
keep in mind you have to be well aware of the risks like if you cut
your hand or something like that and take the right actions when something occurs.
i have worked besides many people who had no clue
of my status.
i have found alot of people cannot handle hiv very well so be
very careful who you disclose to and think long and hard before you do it.
once you disclose,you cannot take it back and you cannot predict
how someone will react.
keep all of that in mind,i learned some of it the hard way.
