Hey there,

Yeah you can get HIV from a giving oral sex to a girl. It is possible but very low chance of it happening. You would probably have to have a cut or canker in your mouth, and if she was infected her vaginal fluid could infect you. THe chances are low but still possible. Just ask her about her HIV status before you get to serious.
