In theroy, you CAN get HIV by giving a girl oral sex, but noone has gotten it yet. Theres not much need to worry.

HIV is passed through semen, blood and vaginal fluids, through unprotected sex, vaginal or anal, and sharing needles. There have only been a HANDFUL of cases of HIV transmission through oral sex, so it is a VERY VERY VERY low risk activity.
