Well, actually it wouldn't be easier. First of all, you would eliminate 50% of the partner possibilities since women do not ejaculate semen. Secondly, most people would rather give blood than have to masturbate in front of a health care professional. Thirdly, there would certainly be some confidentiality issues that would develop. And finally, your physician could not measure T-cells, viral load, etc in semen which are truly the indicators for assisting in determining treatment. Nice try. chris
