You are going to worry yourself to death when there is absolute no chance! Unless you have come in contact with someone else's semen, vaginal fluids, blood, or breast milk, you have absolutely no chance of having the disease or any other STD. So you are totally fine. When you worry yourself (and trust me I know how it feels when you think you have something), you can actually give yourself symptoms. You're telling yourself you have AIDS, so your body may produce symptoms because you're making your body think you really do have the disease when you don't. As soon as you calm down and realize it's impossible that you have the disease, the symptoms will most likely go away, and you'll realize how dumb you were worrying so badly. If they don't go away, you could have a billion other minor things. HIV symptoms are that of several other illnesses, too. I hope this helps and stop scaring yourself to death!
