I actually thought I was feeling better, appears the swelling in my glands may have gone down some, the pain in my groin is decreasing and the glands in my neck are much smaller.

Then yesterday morning I had a single instance of severe diahrrea (I am praying it is because of the antibiotic).

I managed to pull myself together yesterday afternoon but then noticed again last night being much more tired than usual. Then about 9:00 I went through a period of about thirty minutes were I kept getting really hot and sweating, skin felt clammy. It was more than enough to really rattle me..

Lasted about 30 minutes and then it stopped. No sweating at night (That I am aware of)

One of the things that has kept me sane through all of this is I have not run any fever, and I never had any fever last night but that sweating/hot spell threw me for a loop.

One of the ulcers in my mouth has healed and the other is almost healed, but I am a freaking wreck again, not sure how much longer I can keep this up...

I think I am at the end of my rope...

I think the diareha is from the antibiotic a dose of immodium will fix that. The sweating and clammy skin I think might have been a mild anxiety attack. What are you on the meds for? I dont know your story so I am just guessing you had what you thought could be an exposure to HIV right? How long ago was it?

I am hetero male, recieved unprot. oral from female for about 15 seconds. No obvious blood present, no obvious breaks in skin on me.

Been on and off antibiotics for the last 5 weeks, two z packs and now Augmentin since last Saturday. Began Augmentin on Saturday, came down with cold sores on Sunday Night (ulcers in mouth). One has healed, ons is almost healed).

Had Diarrhea on Tuesday AM, one time, did not happen again.

Over the course of the last 5 weeks I have had recurrent sinus infections. Swollen glands in neck, then had a gland in groin swell. Pain has reduced in groin. Doctor said it was not very big and if it did not go away to come back. Constant post nasal drip.

Bottom line...

I am least concerened about the Diarrhea since I have been taking the augmentin.

I just seem so tired at night (much more than usual, I can usually stay up very late no problem, last three days it has been a struggle to stay awake until 10).

Two mouth ulcers in last 4 days

Swollen glands are getting better but still have me freaked.

I have no appetite. I am forcing myself to eat as much as I can but when I start eating I just want to puke. Get nauseous, want to gag. I did manage to eat a decent meal yesterday night, no lunch yesterday, 3 frozen waffles for breakfast (dry).

I just do not understand what is going on with my body. I know that the stress is taking a toll on me but could the stress really be making me feel this bad?

MD gave me Xanax and I took x 2 days and then quit because althouh it seemed to ease my tension, it made me even more tired (even taking just a half)

I just don't understand what is going on and why this is happening to me. I understand why I am stressed, plus I feel guilty, and various other rollercoaster of emotions but my mind has my body convinced that i am positive.

Noone to talk to. Tried and find someone but just have not had any luck. I want to feel good. I want to put this past me and I want to think rationally, but I just cannot seem to make it work.

Is there anyone else experiencing this or that have experienced these symptoms and have tested negative???

Swollen glands
Mouth ulcers
Nausea
Headache
Loss of appetite
Occasional Diarrhea
Fatigue
