Okay here's my story. I know I am a retard but I am still worried so I wanna find out what you all think.
Anyway, I met this girl at the club and took her to my room. There we petted each other and stuff. The only thing was that she wanted to have sex in the darkness and she wouldn't open her mouth and kiss me. (Now I think it's because she had some kind of HIV related rashes on her body and tongue). So anyway she gave me a hj and was about to give me a blowjob but nothing happened cuz I was too drunk. (lol) So it pretty much ended at that. Next day I noticed that I had a little cut on my stomach and she kissed me there. So now I am all paranoid about it. She also was coughing a lot afterwards. I don't have any symptoms, although I tried to make up a bunch. The only thing I have, is some small white spots on my left arm that kind of stick out a little bit. Is that a rash? I don't think it is but still wanted to clarify. It's been about 22 days and I am not experiensing any symptoms except this pseudeo rash. I didn't pay girl any money but for some reason I am convinced she was a sex worker; this also happened in one of the high HIV risk asian countries.
Any thoughts/comments please?

Hi man. From what you have stated, your risk for transmission is virtually 0. Even with the cut in your stomach...you would have to have been in contact with vaginal secretions or blood in order to even be concerned. It does not sound like that, saliva DOES NOT transmit HIV.

But if you do not feel confient with this, I would suggest taking an ELISA test at 13 weeks post exposure, and try not to get to anxious...i'm going through a verybad time, and anxiety is making me feel worse.

I agree with what the last guy said. Your risk is slim to none in this situation. See a doctor though and get an HIV test just to ease your mind. Please remember this in the future as it doesn't sound as though you were very responsible, maybe this scare will push you to be more responsible in future sexual situations.
