I have a sex with a sex worker five weeks ago (3/27/2003). I had unprotected oral sex and use the condom during intercourse. Then I had unprotected oral sex again and use the condom again. I remember I saw her leg had big red rash spot (just one), I did not know she was infected with HIV or not.
At second day I feel my skin more sensitive than normal, feel itching. After three days. My penis feel itching sometimes too. So I went to see a doctor, they checked for STD and did not find any thing. He give me antibiotic anyway. I taken antibiotic for a week. But I did not feel recovered, my penis still feel the itching. I also developed some skin rash, they are not many and very small size, some are red color like blood, some are darken color warts (very small). so far the number of the rash not increased and spread. So I went to see a urologist and he said I got genital warts. I believe I had those warts for years. So he did a surgery on me at 4/24/2003 to remove those warts. He cut my penis front open and said found warts at my urinary track. After surgery I continue to take antibiotic he given to me. Now I still feel skin itching above my stomach (most time), leg (less time). I also feel I had little swollen island at right armpit, it last for two weeks now. I also feel discomfort at around neck special the right side from this week (five week). I also got white stuff on my tongue from this week. I do feel a little muscle pain at my back and arm.
I go to see doctor this morning, he tell me those not HIV infection sign. But I still worried and depressed. If I infected HIV I think I will kill myself but I do want to die that soon I have three lovely children, I did not know what to do. Please help me out, give any information as you can

Well the first thing to do is not to worry. Stress can actually cause back pain, as well as swollen glands. The white stuff on your tongue could be thrust (yeast)caused by the medication. Now that doesn't mean you shouldn't be concerned. Only a dr. can really let you know what is going on. I think the first thing you should do is get an HIV test just to get a baseline. As most will tell you if it is HIV you wouldn't have symptoms this soon unless you were already infected. After your baseline you should go back 3 mos after the date you had intercourse and 3 more mos after that. Since you used a condom and chances of getting it through oral sex are low don't give up yet!!! Even if you are positive that's no reason to give up. There are so many people living normal lives with HIV. You are more likely to die from getting shot in a drive by then dying from AIDS, not that that's conforting, but it's true. Please keep me updated so you don't have to go through this alone.

I did a HIV test at April 7th. The result is negative.

So far I did not have fever yet. I hope I will not get it in next 5 months. I just can not wait until 3 mons passed.
