I am in my 7th week from having protected sex with a postitute...It was the worst decision I have ever made. Is it possible that I could obtain the disease if the condom did not break at all. I had mono in January and it is Now May I have had mono for just about 3 months. Maybe I am over doing my activites and my glands are still larger from the mono or maybe a relapse? I also seem to see floaters in my eyes and have a dry mouth when i wake up...It has decreased though. I have had a lot of stress in my life lately too with school and such. Can anyone help. Anyone think I am a candiate...Surely hope not...Please Help...This is driving me Crazy

What glands are larger and where??

Glands in neck...They were always a little bigger from mono though

Catcher,

You used a condom, thereby protecting yourself. Yes, you are going to have to wait it out until 13 weeks has passed. So, pull yourself together and take comfort in the fact that you had the sense to use a condom. Also, the gland thing is a mute point because it does not mean that you have been exposed to hiv.
