i have been researching aids for about a few months now cause i think i am showing the symptoms. testicular pain,white spots on tip of penis,abdominal paints, feeling a bit light headed during the day,some sort of pimple like things on my legs .. just a few but will probably grow to alot soon. itchiness, sometimes waking up with dry mouth. I am letting go. but i am just wondering these things have started to show 10 years after i was raped by my so called friends. is it possible to be cured or take some medication to live a bit longer after the symptoms have shown 8-11 years later? or maybe i am just over exagerating. but i am ready to let go. just dont my mom to see me die so i want to hang on a bit longer for her.

Let go of the possible self-hate generated by the rape 11 years ago. I know, easier said than done.

While letting go of any blame for the act, go and get an HIV test. It will clear your mind.
After you get the probable negative result- BELIEVE IT!If you then develop any other symptoms that you tie to the rape, it's definitely time to think about counseling- you musn't carry this act around with you your whole life- it will kill you!

Letting go, living like this and worrying non stop for years is NO way to live. Your symptoms are not specific of HIV infection at all. Why don't you get tested and get it over with? It is probably not as bad as you think. Please do it for piece of mind. You will feel ALOT better afterwards.
