I was getting ready to have sex with this girl i really didnt know, she was trying to get me hard through masterbation and while doing so she rubbed my not hard penis on her *****, but i dont know if it came into contact with her vagianal fluids or not, i am sure, she only rubbed it there for about three seconds, not even. Do you think i am at risk for hiv if she has it?
Question 2,since that encounter i have been looking for any sign that i might have hiv, for a month and a half i have been fine, then all of a sudden i got a bad sore throat and i mild headache, it has lasted for about 5 days , do you think that could be signs of hiv infection???

No. You're fine. Your contact with her was too short to contract HIV. Relax.

HIV is not that easy a thing to catch. First of all, you must be exposed to it in a fashoin that lets it enter your bloodstream. From the way you say, it sounds highly unlikley you were exposed. Its not possible to catch it from just contacting sexual fluids. Unbroken skin, no wounds, is a barrier from it entering your body. Your probably fine.

As for your headache and sore throat for 5 days 6 weeks afterwards, it is probably not a sign of HIV. Usually the HIV symptoms (called ARS) happen between 2 and 4 weeks after exposure, and generally last 1 to 2 weeks. So, I would say your in the clear.

You cannot diagnose early HIV from symptoms. Period.
