no matter what you do, you cannot get it,one of you needs to be infected first before it could be transfered.
as long as a condom was used properly there would be zero chance of getting it, it wouldn't matter if you were on your period or not.you need to have a transfer of fluids between people somehow and a condom prevents that.
and the risk of getting it thru oral sex is very low and not common
but it is possible..
