If one person who doesn't have aids has a dry healing cut with no blood, and a person with aids has a dry healing cut with no blood, what are the chances of spreading it? Is blood needed, or do you just need a slightly open area for it to spread?
Even if the person with aids blood touched the person without aids cut and it was open, it would have to be right away like..
the person with aids says "hey lets cut our selves and touch eachothers cuts together" then that would be a risk.. but HIV/AIDS isn't a strong virus when it's exposed to oxygen the virus is weakened very fast.
The reason people get hiv from needles isn't because it has blood on the tip its because there may be blood inside the tube still that was not exposed to oxygen.
