handjob risk?

hello to everyone. 6 weeks and 3 days ago i received an unprotected handjob from a high risk prostitute. A chafing sore was created during the incident because lotion was not used. At 4 weeks and 2 days i had a swollen left lymph node for 2 days, a couple of headaches and now at 6 weeks and 3 days i have somewhat of a rash on my chest. I am very concerned. i did not look at her hands, but she was high risk. What are my chances that i am infected with HIV. I never get rashes and i am petrified to say the least. Could she have massaged her own blood from a cut on her hand into my chafing sore during the handjob? please help. thankyou.

Re: handjob risk?

No risk for HIV from a hand job- it doesn't matter if she had HIV or not (although the odds are strong that she didn't).

Thankyou for the response, but im still concerned about that chafing cut I had. It was fresh and she was high risk. If her blood came in contact with my fresh chafing cut wouldnt i get infected? Im very confused since there is not much i can research regarding my particular incident. cut-on-cut = transmission doesn't it or can HIV only be transfered through needles, sex, and pregnancy? Thankyou in advance.

It doesn't matter if you had a cut- still no risk. Nobody in the history of the HIV epidemic has ever been infected through a hand job and you will not be the first. HIV is transmitted through unprotected vaginal or anal sex or through sharing needles/drug injection equipment.

Re: handjob risk?

Joggen and others, my rash seems to be getting worse, its al over my arms, cheeks, and neck. I am so scared i do not know what to do. like i said i never ever get rashes, i think her blood may have come into contact with my sore. Is 6 weeks to late for the ars rash to appear?

Yes. It isn't ARS- it can't be, you have to be at risk first of all. Go have an HIV test if you are still concerned.
