Hi,
I'm just looking for some insight on what some people have experienced. I have been looking at pictures online and cannot come across a rash that looked like the one i got. The closest pictures I could find were ones of folliculitis developed by a hot tub rash. Can someone please describe any experience on the rash they may have had.

Thanks for the response smiteler. If you don't mind me asking, what did yours look like? and where did it appear? did it appear as different types of rashes or all the same? Did it last long or come and go?

it was red and blotchy and was more burning like
not itchy
it was all over the main trunk of my body
and down both my legs to the calfs
none above my chest
none on my arms
it was on me for about a week until the
antibiotics seemed to kick it away

thanks for your response smiteler. I really appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions and others on the forum. I just have one more question. Did the rash come and go at times and did it show up in different forms. I ask because i've had hives looking rashes and pimple like ones on my legs, blister type on my waist and hips and pimple like on my arms. Its been almost 9 weeks since my possible exposure and i still get some. I also talked with my ex girlfriend and she has had fatigue, diarrhea, stuffy / runny nose, and broke out into a few pimple like bumps on her chest. Could this be coincidence.

its hard to compare when i was under a doctors care
after it appeared.
one thing i can say,
it wasn't something that came and went or changed its appearance in any way
when it happened, it was very obvious and was there until i got treatment
on some very powerful antibotics.
its wasn't like it looks like a rash
but today its gone and now look
it appears over here now..
it came and wasn't going away very quickly
until it was treated..
i would doubt any over the counter stuff would be able to treat it
very effectively..
Has anyone had an ARS rash??
