OK just calm down.... There are alot of other reasons why a persons white blood cells can be low...You cant determine that you have HIV though symptoms alone.... I Was going through the same thing. I go for my last testing on the 10th. Its not just you who is at high risk its anyone who has unprotected sex including me. Dont get to worked up about it. Your last expsoure is long enough that you can get an accurate result. If you cant wait you can go to a testing center and recieve a rapid test and have your results in 20 minutes or less.

Don't freak, and don't start planning what you'll do if you're +. Just go get tested. Odds are that you are not positive (but you DO need to start practicing safe sex...HIV isn't the only disease out there and some of the other ones are equally as bad such as hepatitis, or simply incurable such as herpes).
If you are +, there are drugs out now that are affordable and make the disease manageable for most people.
The symptoms you've listed could be anything. You could have irritable bowel, etc. Get the test, so you know for sure, and then start being safe. Then you won't have to go through this scary time again.

missy1983 is correct when she states you had an high risk exposure but please allow me to put some figures on this and put your exposure into context. OK anal sex is classed as high risk but it is not given that because you have an high risk exposure you will automatically contract HIV. Given which ever site you may wish to look at the odds of you contracting HIV though anal sex with somebody who is known to have HIV is between 200 and 500 to one ( depending on where you look). Since you don't know the status of the individuals you had sex with the odds of you actually having sex with somebody who is HIV positive is around about 1000 to one.
Given these two figures means that the odds of you actually contracting HIV through one episode of anal sex, with somebody who's status is unknown, are around about 200,000 to 500,000 to one.
When something is classed as high risk it does not mean that risk is absolute and you will absolutly get HIV, it means that you have had the highest risk possible.
As other members have stated, please calm down, please try to relax and take this one step at a time. Yes, you have had an high risk exposure but even so the odds of you actually contracting HIV through this are not as high as you may imagine. It is important that you get checked out, though, to determine your status. It is all good and well giving you odds, but ultimatly the only way and I mean the only way to determine your status is through a blood test. It cannot be determined by symptoms.

A low white blood count is quite common for many reasons, for eg, if you have taken anti biotics, health styles etc. Their are other issues that are not so good but you would be quite ill. I myself some years ago went throu this and like you was very freaked out by the options they were giving me, turned out to be nothing in the end..
A HIV INSTI will give the results in 10 mins and is a very acurate test. You may want to do a full STD health check whilst testing, as STD's are far more common that HIV.
I would still recommend testing again in 8 weeks ( after you last exposure) with a HIV DUO or Elisa, as you have no idea if they have been having unprotected sex else where. So a test now will tell you your status ( as now ) and test again in 8 weeks to the last date of unprotected sex, then you will have conclusive results.
Im not going to speculate on the results, but to say, if you get the all clear, what ever life style you have, just use condoms and if they choose not to, then dont have sex
