I received covered oral sex with deep throat from a woman. I know she had many boyfriends before. The only activities I did were covered oral sex, kissing her back/neck, and rubbing her breast/nipples in my face. She also kissed and licked my neck. Am I getting paranoid about this? From my research, there shouldn't be any exposure from HIV or STDs?
The only symptom I have is I have a sore throat and 4-5 acne (with pus) pimples on my neck.
Symptoms will never tell you your HIV status. That said you will never get HIV from oral sex ( saliva neutrlises the HIV virus ) not to mention its impossible to get through a condom. Condoms are used for safe sex and to protect against HIV..
So all in all, its impossible to get HIV from what you did.

Rather than forget about this you should learn from it. This time you did not put yourself at a risk of an HIV infection. This is clearly down to luck rather than an understanding of HIV. Buddy, HIV really is out there and it really does infect people. The only way to stop it ever happening to you is to protect yourself. To protect yourself you need to educate yourself. Your health is your responsibly and your should never leave put yourself in a position where luck is determining your HIV status for you.
There is no mystery to HIV and there is no mystery as to how to protect yourself from it. Never have unprotected anal and /or vaginal sex with anybody unless you are 100% certain of their HIV status. Always condom up and if in doubt don’t do it. Yep, it really is that simple.
