3 months is fully conclusive and the person is incorrect, you do not need to test again.
Good news your HIV negative and do not need to worry about HIV from this encounter.

Thanks Apollo I will move on from this. But just one more question: Does it matter that it was a rapid anti-body test? I do not know what generation the test was..Thanks

Any test at 3 months is fine. Rapid tests are fine buddy they are used a lot in UK even by the health service, so yes all is well.
