I am back becouse I finally got the strength and courage to test again.
This will be my final test. If this is negative than I am 100% I don't have HIV. I expect the answer by email from the lab in 6 hours if it's negative. If not tomorow I have to pick them personally. Here are the links to my last two threads describing my situation:

I had done 2 tests unti today at 4,5 months and at 6 months both negative.
Today I had the third test at 8 months. Way past the normal window period.
I hope it will be negative.
I will keep you posted on the results when I have them.

Apollo, please man say something. What do you think? I have 1 hour until I will find out my results. If I get an email from them it's negative, if I get a call from them it's positive. The waiting it's killing me. I know I've been told its impossible to be HIV but please tell me what do you think now. Answer me please, I am desperate. They release results after 4:30 until 5:00 pm gmt +2 time zone.

your symptoms do not indicate a hiv infection and
you have tested negative before
better yet,
make that 200 please!
I'm with smit on this one.If you've tested this MANY TIMES, your results WILL NOT CHANGE bud! You've got nothing to be worried about.
bobby has been around here a while and he has been
hiv negative the whole time.
the real problem he has is accepting the fact
he does not have hiv.
he has been told until our fingers here have turned blue
from pounding on the keyboard so much.
he might be doing this out of guilt to punish himself
or for some other reason only known to him.
he has been told many times to see a doctor and tell them everything but
i guess he knows better and want to keep on
waiting for that bad result that is never going to come....
It's negative!!! Oh my God, I am extremely happy. I believe now. It's been 8 months since that potential exposure. I tested 3 times until now. All negative. I had 2 meia tests at 4.5 and 6 months and an eclia duo test at 8 months at different labs. I start to believe now that it's something else I have, not HIV. It mimics HIV perfectly but its not. I mean, 3 tests in 4 months it's enough even if my exposure would have been 4 months ago I should have turned positive by now. Thanks guys for the support. This is amazing...

Really happy for you. And learn from mistakes. As for me i still did not have the guts to test. I am freaking, things are not going right at home, symptoms changing. However i was able to trace the girl and will meet her soon.
For me, my exposure was 11 months ago.
I went to visit my doctor and she could not believe that i am still thinking about hiv. I regained all the weight i lost 4 months ago and it is not a good sign.
I hope i will have the courage to test before destroying my life that i was building for 10 years now.

This poor woman is now going to be subject to your irrational anxiety over HIV? I can only imagine you hounding her to get repeated tests and still not believing that.

You never had an exposure, protected sex is ZERO risk. You are another person who has been repeatedly told that you are HIV negative. You have had MULTIPLE conclusive tests showing that. But yet you keep on, completely ignoring every bit of advice here and doing exactly what we say not to.

Your doctor cannot believe it because who in their right mind would still be worrying over something that A-You were 100% protected from and B- have had multiple conclusive tests showing negative HIV. Regaining weight? Thats funny , because when you were losing weight it was a sign of HIV in your opinion, now gaining weight is? Cant win on that one I guess.
There is no need to be approaching this woman and asking her HIV status. Leave her alone. IT DOES NOT MATTER if she had HIV(she most likely did not), you wore a rubber and were protected AND tested negative. The ONLY person you should be contacting at this point is a counselor or other mental doctor to deal with your issues on this.
