hi ,
ive been told oral holds no risk , which is what i performed on a woman.
since the ordeal i have had oral thrush n been told by the doctor it is .
but he also says the only people that get it is people with hiv ?
so that bein the case i must of been infected then ? or not ?
what else causes thrush ?
its been over 3 months so a test will be conclusive just so scared to do it !
thanks
Your doctor, if he told you this, is wrong. Thrush has been around a lot longer than HIV and many people who do not have HIV get it. It is a yeast infection. People who have had HIV for a long time (years) are more susceptible to get outbreaks of thrush than average but because you have got thrush does not in any way indicate whether you have HIV or not.
Buddy you have been advised many times to stop symptom chasing trying to determine your HIV status, it is impossible. If you are so concerned go back to the same doctor, have an HIV test, collect your inevitable negative result and get on with your life.
Thanks sorry i aint replied sooner , i noticed in some
Other posts u have given advice , that u say the only viable way of
Contracting the virus is havin an unprotected penis in a vagina or
Anus , so cudnt havin ur tongue in the same enviroment infect u ?
N how do lesbians pass it on to eachother?
Look forward to hearing from you
Thanks

The only scientifically verified risk of an HIV infection is through unprotected vaginal and/or anal sex. HIV, despite its fierce reputation is an extremely fragile virus and is only ever infectious within the confines of the human body. These conditions do not exist within the mouth of an adult. The lining of the mouth, unlike the lining of the vagina or anus, is extremely robust and resilient to viral infections. The mouth is also full of saliva with breaks down the fragile virus and renders it non viable (non infectious). In effect your mouth is a fortress against the very fragile virus. Because nothing is impossible (it is possible a void in time and space will open soon and swallows us all up) and because it has never been verified as ever happening in over thirty years does not mean it is impossible it is, although, extremely improbable.
And no, lesbians do not get HIV. There are a few, unverified cases of it happening from female to female but the circumstances are so extreme and the stories are so wild they are really are not credible.
