Please help with my situation and risks

On march 14th I met a girl through a neighbor and that night she came over and we had protected vaginalsex, I was worried and we wanted to continue dating so I did what I thought was right and the next day we went and got tested, the results came back fine so the next 3 times we had unprotected vaginal sex, my questions are: 1. What are the risks involved? 2. Is there any need to be this worried? 3. Should I continue testing? 4. Should I take her to get retested? 5. Is there anything I can do at this point?

Re: Please help with my situation and risks

if you both tested negative and neither of you
had sex with anyone else you should be fine!
and you have nothing about hiv to worry over.
well done getting you and your partner tested!
good luck!

Re: Please help with my situation and risks

Thanks I got the advice from you guys here at the forum, but do you think there is any concern about who she was with before or after the test? Do you think I should retest?

Re: Please help with my situation and risks

unless the sex happened within a few weeks time of you 2 being together
you should have no worries.

if she is having sex with other people besides you at the same time period
then yes you should be concerned.
the tests are very accurate.

Re: Please help with my situation and risks

She just admitted to sleeping with her ex husband tonight, the last time we had unprotected sex was last night on the 9th, so should we go get retested? what would any results do at this point?

Re: Please help with my situation and risks

now that you brought another person into the equation
you will have to wait at least 4 to 6 weeks for a meaningful test.
remember now you slept with all of the people that the husband has slept with
and you have no clue what he is up to?

there is now a way for hiv to be able to get to you.
if you use protection at all times you will not have these worries.

Your right I thought I was doing the right thing by going to get tested first, she said she slept with her ex husband after the last time we had unprotected sex so we both went and got tested today and the results came back ok so my question is what times are these tests covering?
