Hi..I have masturbation and oral sex @ 12-april with an asian massage girl with unknown HIV status and my penis was 50% covered with condom and the rest was having red skin due to a hard masturbation 1 hour before.
9 days after i went to a doctor he told me to make syphilis test called V.D.R.L(R.P.R)and the test shows Non-reactive.
Now i am afraid that i got STD due to this uncovered area ESP i have read that scratches (even it is small or unseen) on the penis is good for HIV to get into the body by any means (saliva, blood, body fluids...) and i am sure that she touched the uncovered skin area by her hands and lips.
after exactly 1 week i just felt some continues burning inside the penis ,chills, sweat and a need to vomit but with no increase in the body temp for the last 6 hours.
is this is an early sign of a HIV-STD ?otherwise what is it?
So ..what is your(detailed) opinion for this case?
I am so confused please help.
What you have read you have either misread or misunderstood. HIV is transmitted within the confines of a human body, which is the only place it remains infectious (when an unprotected penis is inside a vagina or anus). HIV is not transmitted outside a body regardless of small cuts on your penis. HIV once exposed to air becomes non viable and will zero risk of an infection. Masturbation is not a risk of HIV transmission.
Nor is the oral sex you engaged in a risk of HIV transmission, again despite what you have read elsewhere, saliva is non infectious and actually contains enzymes and proteins that break it down rendering it non viable.
Whatever the causes of your ailments are they are not HIV related, because you did not put yourself anywhere near close to an infection. You have no HIV concerns here.
I have no doubt you have. Buddy I can guarantee that if you continue to read about HIV online you will find no end of stuff to freak you out with, it will count for zero. Your risk was zero no matter what you keep adding to this exposure.
The amount of blood required in the mouth to pose even the slightest risk would be lots, it would not go unnoticed, it would require hospital treatment, you would not be engaging in oral sex with this person. Unless you are in the habit of repeatedly punching somebody in the face before you engage in oral sex with them, there is zero risk.
