In practical terms, I would say that you are most certainly in the clear, for the following reasons:
1. Antibody tests are highly accurate 6 weeks or later. With modern testing it is unheard of for a negative result at 6 weeks to change, and you have tested well beyond that at 10 weeks.
2. If the CSW was recently infected (in the window period), her test would have been positive for the same reasons.
In theory, meaning according to testing guidelines, you should have a confirmatory test at 3 months, but at this point it's academic. Any test that you take from here on out over this exposure will be negative.
