Just to explain my case and want to know the risk involved in it. Should I be really go for the test?
In Mid of Aug, I had sex with Prostitute. I was wearing double condom at that time. My concern is, Chances of "condom break due to friction"But I have not checked that.
Next day Morning, I was really worried and after 5 days of encounter I asked her to get it tested for HIV. She is Negative. But I know it is not conclusive.
After the encounter, I do not have symptoms except the Back pain and Wet cough.
I have just completed 7 weeks now, Any test that I do now is conclusive?
IF the condom's had failed you would have been left with a rubber ring around the base of your penis, so if their was somthing to take off that would indicate the comdoms did fail. That said you should only use ONE condom at a time as their is a greater chance that a condom will split if you use to condoms.
Now as you had protected sex you was not at risk of HIV so no test is required, but of course if you choose to test it will be conclusive due to the time scale and the lack of any real risk.
Hope that helps

The risk of an HIV infection is zero and as Apollo advised you should only wear one condom. Wearing two increases the chance of both condoms failing due to friction.

Thanks a lot Apollo. I still remember I just taken out my condom normally. I dont see anything like you mentioned I meant Rubber ring or something like that.
Finally, I got it tested yesterday and results were out today. My hands were shaking and was nervous when I was opening the cover. It is Non Reactive (0.05).
But still a question
1) What this means Non Reactive (0.05)? is that still have chance of 0.05% of getting infectded
2) Is it a conclusive? should I just leave this year carry on normally or do I still I need any further tests required to confirm. Please advice me.

Hiya, well the number is for diagnostics and thats a figure which is under the required number, so your negative as we expected. So yes its conclusive and you dont need further testing.

Hi, As Apollo as advised the number is for diagnostic purposes. On the results there will be something labelled as the index value (or something similar). This number generally ranges between 1 and 3. Any number below this, as your was (0.05) is a negative result (non reactive). Given the fact you used two condoms and had protected sex it is hardly surprising.
Buddy you have not got HIV and need no further testing. Chalk this one up and move on with your life.
