Please help very worried

38 days ago i had protected vaginal sex with a sex worker. i entered her from behind for probably about 5 mintues the condom did not break to the best of my knowledge i did not fill it with water or anything to check i just dont remember seeing it break it was a brand trojan endz. we stopped having sex she then proccedded to remove the condom with her hand then put lotion in her hand and masturbated me with the hand for around 5 minutes. I am terrified that the could of transferred vaginal fluids from the condom toher hand to my penis from when she grabbed it to take it off and then masturbated me. I'm also worried because i have 2 boils on the upper pubic area that were open at the time, they are possibly follicilitis what would the likely hood be that the hiv virus could of been transferred there. i had a quick response finger ***** test done at 19 days it came back negative i also had a full std bloodwork done up on the same day i just got the results back and they came back fully negative. i can not sleep eat work or concentrate on anything else i am sick to my stomach with the idea that i have contracted hiv. I'm fearful of having unprotected sex with my fiancee beacuse i am worried that i could transfer it to her. I am checking my temperature once an hour it has never gotten above 98.7 degrees but i have had constat diarheaa from about 3a4 weeks and i sometimes got the chills i'm not sure if these are anxiety related. i have spoken to my doctor the people at the clinic where i got the hiv test and the hiv hotline. they all have said that the hiv virus can not survive outside of the body for long ? is this true. also they said that the hand cream she used between removing the condom anf masturbating me would of killed the virus is this true? and please please explain to me what kind of risk i am at with the open boiles. also how reliable is the 19 day hiv test, i went back at 33 days and tested negative how reliable could i consider that ? i had a very slight sore throat for almost 2 weeks when i say slight i mean it was almost like extreme dry mouth that just went down my entire throat. i am now 38 days out and am feeling ok except for the occasinoal pain i am gettting on my lower left side of my abdiman, i dont know if this is all mental and things i would have no noticed if i had not had this previous exposure. please help cant sleep csnt think, cant function, i would appreciate your knowledgable opinions on what you think my risk was, if any, and if i should test anymore or ive had enough to move on. please help

Re: Please help very worried

unless you have some major health complictions going on
your test is very indictive of what your status is.

it means that you should be moving on
because investing any more effort into hiv
is beating a dead and buried horse..
