Worried about HIV risk

Hi ,

I had an embarassing situation yesterday as things got linked and I ended up in an brothel. I had two exposures. In first as I was very much afraid I just kissed the CSW and she gave me an handjob with condom which was safer I think. But in second exposure I had protected intercourse with the CSW and after the intercourse when I was removing the condom from my penis I used the tissue and with the same tissue I cleaned the penis top , so my concern here is that the tissue had been in contact with the vaginal fluid on the condom and same fluid touched my penis head . I m really freaked out with this and really anxious about this exposure.
Do u think I am at risk of HIV , should I consider PEP ? The girl said that she is safe and undergoes regular medical checkup. But still I am really afraid . Please help me.

No, vaginal fluids are not infectious outside the body. HIV is a fragile virus that becomes damaged very quickly when exposed to air, and is ultimately rendered noninfectious. You have no risk, don't need testing, and definitely don't need PEP. You should just forget about this and move on with your life.

I saw a doctor today , he said its low risk , but still can go for PEP , but the cost is very high and i dont have insurance.
Please suggest . Am I safe and should move on or .. ?
