fast help please pep?

hello,
im new to this forum because i dont know what to do since yesterday...
i went to a party and when i went out there was a scuffle at which the doorman was pushed against me. when that happend my bare arm touched his abdominal area and jacket and also an id card that was hanging around his neck and i felt a ***** and know have a red dot on my forearm. i think that he had a syringe somewhere on him that *****ed me but i hope that it was the corner of the id card. or something else on his jacket and not a syringe. but what makes me wonder that it is was a syringe is the fact that doorman very frequently take anabolic drugs with syringes and that other things such as the id card dont make these dots of a syringe in the skin.
i would like to take pep to be on the safe side... where can i get that?
thanks for any help...

Buddy, you are joking, right? You want to be prescribed PEP “just to be on the safe side"?

PEP is not a sweetie that you take to make you feel better and ease your mind. They are seriously toxic drugs than can and do have very serious short and long term side effects (these side effects can cause extremely serious liver damage which mixed with other medical conditions can be fatal). PEP is NOT something you consider just so you can be on the safe side. It is and only ever should be administered when a risk as taken place with somebody who is known to have HIV.

The risk you have described is zero. HIV is not transmitted in the way you describe. If it was everybody on the planet would have it.

Do yourself a huge favour and drop all thoughts you have about being infected with HIV and certainly drop any thoughts you may have of winging it in order to be prescribed PEP just to be on the "safe side".

Kevin.

Re: fast help please pep?

Mental health issue not an HIV issue. Irrational thinking. If you have these concerns often then you should consider seeking professional mental help.

Re: fast help please pep?

i dont have these thinkings often. its the first time. i wish it wasnt a syringe in the first place but only the id card that had a sharp corner. but it really felt like a syringe and these people often carry syringes on their body in order to use anabolics to grow muscles. but i really wish that it wasnt a syringe but something else. but how can i be sure now?

We can't help with that- try the Obsessive Compulsive Disorder forum.

Ok lets put this to bed.

I use syringes a lot, for work, and you got one in you it would hurt a lot. Not to mention it its a dot then its not syringe becuase it woukd bleed a lot. Also the gauge of needle to create that would more than likely have broken.

So lets play along as if it happened. Its very unlikely he would even have hiv any way let alone carry a syringe around? Even if he did then it would still pose no real risk to anyway.

Isnt it more condusive that in a scuffle you would get a mark from anything or than a hiv infected needle?

Re: fast help please pep?

HIV risk assessment isn't based on polls on imaginary risks. Seek professional mental help.
