Buddy, you are joking, right? You want to be prescribed PEP “just to be on the safe side"?
PEP is not a sweetie that you take to make you feel better and ease your mind. They are seriously toxic drugs than can and do have very serious short and long term side effects (these side effects can cause extremely serious liver damage which mixed with other medical conditions can be fatal). PEP is NOT something you consider just so you can be on the safe side. It is and only ever should be administered when a risk as taken place with somebody who is known to have HIV.
The risk you have described is zero. HIV is not transmitted in the way you describe. If it was everybody on the planet would have it.
Do yourself a huge favour and drop all thoughts you have about being infected with HIV and certainly drop any thoughts you may have of winging it in order to be prescribed PEP just to be on the "safe side".
