I had unprotected sex with a girl and began having the following symptoms 2-3 days later:

Extreme fatigue
neuropathy
genital burning sensation and irritation
swollen gentials
itching all over my body
lack of appetite

The fatigue was so severe that I had to call out of work for two days. I would just lay on my couch and pain would be shooting through my arms. All of these symptoms went away on day 5 except of the frequent itching all over my body. Is it possible to have these hiv side effects just 2-3 days after exposure?
