After 6 month I test Hiv Antibody test

HIV Antibody 0.04
Sample Type :SERUM

Interpretation :

A result of >=1.00 indicates a reactive sample and possible presence of Anti-HIV 1+2.
A result < 0.9 indicate a non-reactive sample.
A result of >= 0.9 and < 1.00 indicates a borderline sample


So, the result is Positive???
