Unhappy Oral Sex with specific scenario

Hi, I gave and recieved fellatio to a guy whom I dont know really well. I had a canker sore on that day. It had been on my lower lips for a couple day. I wonder if it would put me at risk for HIV contraction because I read from many many sites that an open oral wound increases the risk. My canker sore was not bleeding. It was small like 3mm in diameter. Would it be considered an open wound? The guy did not ejaculate in my mouth but I licked his penis with semen on it within seconds after he ejaculated. Would the virus(if he had it) become inactive because of the air? a month after that event, I got tested negative by Complete Clearview HIV1/2 rapid finger ***** test along with other STDs. They all came back negative. Was my test a good indicator? I'm so paranoid right now even if I know that the risk is low and my partner claimed that he didnt have any diseases. I have a hard time trusting him when it is about HIV

Re: Oral Sex with specific scenario

Thank you so much for your quick reply! So it's unlikely that i would get HIV from that? in spite of the canker? and what's about my 4 weeks (31 days) test?

Re: Oral Sex with specific scenario

Well their are no reported case's of HIV transmission from oral in 30 years and that would include people with a mouth sore im sure. HIV cannot replicate outside the host, so no you would not be at risk. To back this up, your test at that time scale would certainly indicate this and lets not forget the other person must have HIV before you can be at risk and thats still very unlikley away.
