I had a Insti rapid HIV test in 2010 after googling symptoms and convincing myself I had HIV after a risk in 2005. The test came back negative. I have since had other symptoms (swollen glands, loss of voice, thigh pains) and I am still convinced I may have HIV. Should I worry or is the test reliable?
I agree with Apollo, your test trumps any symptoms you may have, which to be honest don't even resemble the symptoms of a primary HIV infection. HIV has been unequivocally and categorically ruled out. If you have on going health issues you should be discussing them with a doctor, they are not related to HIV.
