HIV by ELISA coba e411 at 12 weeks

Dear Friends
I have some question about HIV I make lot of investigations after possible exposure as follow
1/ antibody screening ELISA after 28 days comeback Negative (0.35 non react )
2 ELISA after 42 days also Negative ( 0.33 non react )
3/ P24 Combo after 46 days Negative
4/ELISA after 70 days Negative (0.48 non react )
5\ ELISA after 84 days Negative ( 0.82 non react )
my question is does the last result (12 weeks ) is Conclusive ?
and why the last result is read high ? does it mean I'm in progress toward positivist?
Since I had the Textbook Symptoms of ARS and till now I'm suffer from Lymphadenopathy and i Lost 5 kg in 2 months ?
Please Help me

The index value will change from test to test, even if you took 3 in the same hour, they will all have different numbers. The key point is that they are all below 1 which means a negative result, so that means you do not have HIV and a test at that time scale is conclusive and you do not need to test again.

Re: HIV by ELISA coba e411 at 12 weeks

There are no “text book ARS symptoms”. The symptoms of a primary HIV infection mirror the symptoms of many viral infections and many other ailments completely unrelated to HIV. You should never as in never try to gauge your HIV status by what you believe to be “text book symptoms” and Dr Google. There is only one way to determine an HIV status, by having an HIV test at the appropriate time. This is 12 weeks after a possible exposure.

You have had five tests (which is actually over testing) all negative and NO you are not progressing to becoming HIV positive. Your final test is conclusive, you do not have HIV. Do yourself a huge favour and learn from this, use condoms, they are cheap and will save you a world of worry in future.

Reread the replies.

And please read the top sticky threads,

http://www.healthboards.com/boards/hiv-prevention/910052-hiv-cannot-diagnosed-symptoms.html

Please see a doctor about your ailments they are not related to HIV. Speculating about the cause of them on an internet forum is of no benefit to you.
