its unlikley she would have hiv in the first place but that said their is still a risk of hiv transmission. A test at 3 months will be conclusive, but you can take a test at 6 weeks which will give you a good indication of your status. best of luck.

The chances are very much in your favour that she did not have HIV and you would not contract it from such a brief exposure even if she did. But you should not leave your HIV status to chance. There is a risk here; it is very small and given the listed factors and the fact that transmission of HIV from a female to male is very difficult the risk is minimal. But a small, minimal, risk is not zero risk.
I would advise you test out to 12 weeks to be certain. Given what you have posted you would have to be very unlucky to have contracted HIV from this.
Having sex with a legal prostitute is usually the safest sex there is- even safer than a civilian- because they are typically required to use condoms with customers and test for HIV and STDs regularly. If this happened in a brothel in Nevada, I can tell you that no legal working girl there has ever tested positive for HIV in the entire history of HIV testing there. I imagine HIV is also absent, or extremely rare, in brothels in Europe as well. If it were me, I would not be the least bit concerned about this exposure, and would view HIV testing as a matter of routine.
