hiv test result

dear sir, i went for hiv test in a lab then lab person took my blood and keep in a small transparent glass after 1 minutes he put in centrifuge i saw that by mistake some blood fall down in centrifuge then they start machine and keep 5 or 10 minutes then he took one rapid hiv test kit and put some blood in kit result becomes negative. then sir i have some doubt (1) if he put the blood sample in centrifuge after 1 minute it can effect the result because i read blood need 1 hour before centrifuging, (2) if the some blood fall down centrifuge it can effect the test result. please help me and explain my 2 doubt. thanks and regards

i had a sex with csw that sex was my first and last and a very short period.

Its hard to understand what you are saying, but from what i can gather their is no cause for concern with the way the test was done. That said if your still going to have concerns take another test.

just i want to know that i did a single unprotected sex with csw means first time sex with her then after 1 month i tested negative with elisa method so what is the chances to be infected.

A 4 week test is around 90% accurate, but only a 3 month test can confirm your status, so thats the test that really counts, so best of luck with that test.

hello and thanks for the answer, sorry i forget to tell u that already i tested after 6 month of sexual exposure negative with rapid hiv test but only i have doubt with test, may this method wrong, i went and give blood then doctor took sample and after 1 minute put in centrifuge then centrifuge 5 minutes, i always think why doctor did not keep blood some time for clot so i think may be this result false please clear my doubt. is this method ok or do i need any additional test.
