| need some help understanding
Hello all...I was wondering if anyone has any experience on using the Natural progesterone cream..Im kinda confused about the usage of it..
Ok im 30 with negative 17 of progesterone.Ok it says on the directions women in reproductive years do not use through day 1 -14..then use day 15 - 28..Well my cycles are irregular..Last month I started the 12th..Well this month I didn't start on the 12 so I decided to use the cream the 14th of this month...
My question is do I just use it till I start then when I do stop for 14 days then resume?
Or should have had waited 14days after the 12th to start?
Also does this this stuff make you have cramps? Ive only been on it for 4 days...Or is it my period actually trying to start..This is madness..lol
