Does anyone take this? I'm new with this Rx and I'd love any pro/con info you can give me please! I'm also taking 150 mg wellbutrin XL - I'm going on low dose of pempro 0.3 - please please offer insite for me as to what I have to look forward to (hopefully)
I sarted taking pempro alittle more than a month ago. My hot flashes were really bad and I wasn't sleeping. I tried Remefemin but it didn't work. The hot flashes are now gone and I feel so much better. I also sleep through the night most of the time. I know there are bad side effects, but I was so miserable I decided to try it. My dr said his wife was on it for 5 years....that made me feel a little better about it.
I am getting completely off of synthetic hormones. They are dangerous for you and if I knew then what I know now about synthetics vs. natural hormone replacement, I would have switched a long time ago. Read Uzzi ****s's book Natural Hormone Replacement and another one by Suzanne Somers "The Sexy Years". Suzanne Somers is a little flakey in her book but the message still gets across.
I"ve been on Prempro for over a yr, and feel much better on it. I would like to eventually get on natural hormones, since i know they are better than the synthetics, I totally agree with you on that.
