Low Prolactin Level Question

I saw that there were people with high prolactin levels, but I didn't see anyone with low prolactin levels. Mine was 1.7 and I was told the normal range was 2.8-29? I don't remember for sure if it was 29, but the beginning range is right. I was also told my FSH levels were low, but I'm not sure if that's the same as the prolactin level. I'm on the pill and I had bloodwork done because I'm having problems with my period. I haven't had one since July 4th (I'm definately not pregnant. I had urine and blood HCG done). My doctor referred me to a gynocologist but I can't get an appointment until October 5th. I was wondering if anyone knows what kind of symptoms a low prolactin level might cause. Today I had a pelvic ultrasound, but it will be about a week before I get the results of that. Thank you very much for your help.
