Look up "adrenal adenoma".
A mass can mean many things and very often it means nothing.
What symptoms are you having? High BP, low potassium,
anxiety, flushing? Why was the MRI done?
I had a "mass" show up on a CT scan done because of high blood pressure and low potassium levels. Then I had other testing to determine I had Conn's Syndrome which meant the "tumor" was producing Aldosterone causing my electrolyte imbalance and uncontrollable hypertension
I have had surgery and many symptoms I had have disappeared along with my BP now normal without meds
Research as much as possible
