feeling imbalanced

I have had an arm implant removed earlier this year. After two months of it being taken out, I was menstruating very lightly then it turned extremely heavy and clotted for three solid weeks. Now I am no longer bleeding at all and instead, feel very angry, tearful as well as imbalanced emotionally.

I am not sure what is going on with my body and or what to expect next?. Do I take a hormone imbalance substance given my mood states or just ride it through until my body wants to get back to normal when ever that may be?. I eat healthily and excerise every day but I still feel very unwell.
