what is testosterone level in 21 yr old male. my t level is 410 and i have thin penis and body hair growth isnt that good.
what am i to do now? cant i be like others of my age
There is no one number. Your blood test paperwork should list a range of numbers (reference range) that shows what is average for you personally. It's based on your age, sex, and the testing methods used in that laboratory.
but i always feel depressed at my helplessness as i face lot of problems while urinatation and having sex. will t- shots works
i wish u can give me some suggestion
If you are struggling with sex drive, then your numbers are probably too low for your age. Husbands encronologist told him that a man in mid 40's normal level would be somewhere around 500- 600 --but that everyone is different. He never had levels taken as a Young man (so we have nothing to compare him too now--his levels now are 300's). He has always had very few hairs on his chest, was never aggressive, but had a normal sex drive, now in his 40's he still has hair on his head, but is struggling with the sex drive thing. But he is not depressed. I know he is a LOWER testosterone man "by nature". You can have levels that LOW for your age if everything is working fine for you, no problem, but if you are having problems sexually, but did not before, then maybe your numbers have DROPPED some --and is contributing to the depression, lack of sex drive, or whatever is going on. Can also cause fitigue, depression. Encronologists are not much help in this area, all they seem to care about is Lab numbers being within 250- 1100 -regardless of your age and symptoms. You need to find a Doctor who cares about symptoms more than your numbers. A male hormone specialist --if you can.
Hi, I'm 29 years old man. I have the testosteron level like you (first time 359, second time 426)

Conclusion : You have approximately 55% of testosterone amount in comparison to 21yrs men average.
I ask my doctor how I can increase a level of my testosterone. Hi said that products (sport suplements) with 'Tribulus terrestris' can do that. 'Tribulus terrestris' leads to rise of natural (endogenous) production of the testosterone in your body.
I tried some suplements with 'Tribulus terrestris' and few first days was interesting, but after approx. a week I didn't feel any effect - Maybe becouse I bite that pills. I heard somewhere on teh TV that if the suplements/pills are covered with hard layer of something then this pills should be absorbed in your bowels - If you bite this pills then acids in the stomach destroy the ingredients of the pill.

The average level of testosterone for 15-24 year old men is 750 ng/dl.
In some experiment there was a 48 men younger than age 40 as a control group. These men has mean: 7.01 +/- 0.82 ng/ml, range: 5.53 ng/ml to 8.14 ng/ml. (1 ng/ml = 100 ng/dl - your units)
