Lady, genital warts is nothing to be ashamed about. 80% of the sexually active population carries a strand of HPV. It sounds to me like you have the wart form of hpv on your genitals. Or were you also diagnosed with cervical HPV too? If you only have the warts on your genital area, then you have no need to worry about the cervical part, unless you have cervical hpv. Understand so far? There are hundreds of strands of hpv. Warts can reoccur. HPV is a virus and there is no way to get rid of it. All your body can do is suppress it but it can reoccur months or even years later. If you have any questions please feel free to ask! Best wishes to you
