It is very possible that you have had HPV in your system for years and never knew. That's the thing about HPV, there is really no way of ever knowing which sexual partner has given it to you.
It is thought that about 80% of women have or have had a strain of the HPV virus at some point in their lives, often without warts. It is really quite common.
It is very common for pregnant women to get genital warts. Some people may never have had an outbreak and then when they fall pregnant if flares up.
Please don't think your husband has cheated on you because of this, even if it was him who initially gave it to you it would have been in his system for many years without him knowing.
