Ok so a fe weeks ago i was fiagonsed with HPV. now i went back in to the doctors and now they are sayin that i may not have it. But i do have symtoms. I dont get it ? can i have symptoms with out having HPV? && how long does it take ofr the acid to get rid of the warts? ouch. that kinda hurt .Another thing, when i go back in a want to get a meidcine to take home to help. does anyone know thw best kind? i don't care if it hurts.. i want them gone
if you have the warts you have HPV. I am still treating my warts with acid two months after my first diagnosis. I think that the cream is called aldera. You can ask for it. Many of the people on this board have used it but, I have not.. the warts can take months to years to fully disappear but it is up to your body.. hope this helps

Usually it's the other way around, you can have HPV without having symptoms.
When you say you have symptoms, what are they? You can have warts or have had an abnormal PAP. Both indicate you have HPV; warts = HPV for sure, although - rarely - a person can have an abnormal PAP that isn't caused by HPV.
