Trying to get a handle on this since I was diagnosed. Thought I had herpes, the folks on those boards are great, too, but I was negative for that. If I hadn't gone in for herpes diagnosis, I would not have found out I have HPV & dysplasia. What does HPV mean for future sexual partners? If I have a hysterectomy, is it gone? If not, where does it reside? How does it affect men? Is it always sexually transmitted? Sorry for all the questions, don't know where else to turn. Doc was supposed to call today with my colpo appointment and never did so I will call her tomorrow.
