Hpv?
Today my anus was hurting , I was camping for a while and wasnt to clean cuz there was no shower. I looked and it appears to be kind of sore looking spots around the hole itself. Sound like hpv? Or I jsut need to be a little cleaner . Cuz ive never heard them to be painful , and to appear and start hurting in 1 day. Any responce would be very helpful. thank you.

Could just be hemroids or irritation from not cleaning well. Why not just buy moistened wipes and use them after a bowel movement. You'll feel and be much cleaner than regular toilet paper and no "skid marks" .
