HPV and foreplay?

I found out I had HPV about 3 weeks ago. I'm in the middle of getting the warts treated. i know it's a virus and will never go away

I know it can be spread by oral contact, but what about foreplay? for example, when the warts are treated and gone, if he touches my gentials and then touches himself can he get it?
or the other way round.......if my hand touches my gentials and then his, can he get it that way too?

and if it can be spread this way, how can you possibly avoid hand-gential foreplay?
and how do other people with hpv avoid recieving oral sex?

also, can the vaccine stop you getting further outbreaks of warts?

Re: HPV and foreplay?

so i went to the doctors the other day to get more treatment and i asked her about spreading with foreplay. She said that once the warts are gone it will only be spread via gential to gential contact. So to always use dental dams and condoms, otherwise it's fine once they are treated.
